Recently I had the opportunity to photograph Laura & Kade. I actually went to Junior High and High School with Laura, it is always so much fun when I get to photograph people I know even when I haven’t seen them in years. It is crazy to think that everyone is growing up, getting married, having babies, and getting big kid jobs 🙂
Laura and Kade were coming into town for the Houston Bridal Extravaganza so they contacted me about taking their Engagement Photos.
On the day we were supposed to take their pictures it rained all over town, thank goodness it cleared up and the sun came out just in time to capture the love between these two.
I adore this picture, it is so sweet and really does show how much they love each other.
I almost forgot to mention, these two are both Aggies. Whoop!
I was so excited that they brought along their sweet puppy Brynn-Leigh. She is absolutely adorable.
…and this little puppy has the head tilt down.

I went and grabbed this blanket right before their session as I was praying the rain would let up, I could not wait to use it. I just love the way this picture turned out! I love capturing those candid moments between people, these are the moments that really count.
This sunset=Breathtaking, even in Black and White.
