It was so much fun to get to take a peek into Meagan & Tinleigh’s day. These moments are so incredibly precious, I am so glad I could help capture the special bond this new mommy has with her little girl. I love newborn sessions in the studio with cute little outfits, but lets be honest. These pictures are the ones that Meagan will look at one day when her little girl goes on her first date, or leaves for college, and she will remember exactly what it was like those first few weeks at home with a new baby.

I am so incredibly thankful I get to photograph families that trust me to capture the most important moments in their families lives. To capture the love and emotions at the time and not just the smiles and posed moments.  They also trust me to brave the cold and wind, sit in tall grass, and let their kiddos run wild and free through the pasture. I had so much fun with this little family at the Family Christmas Mini yesterday. Oh and their outfits rocked, seriously.

Brant is my newest buddy. He always pretends like he is so shy when he comes to visit and our Kids Christmas Minis were no exception yesterday. When I mentioned cookies he decided I wasn’t so bad after all. Just wait till you see his “ohhh does my mom know there are actually cookies in here look” trust me you can’t miss it!
