First off let me tell you how much this girl has changed my life. I honestly can’t imagine what my life would have been like if I hadn’t met Melanie, the horse crazy blonde, in reading class in 6th grade. As I sit here writing this and looking out my window at my two horses Tavi & Lucy, I wonder if I would have ever found my love for horses if it wasn’t for her. I remember that first time Melanie drug me out to the barn to see her ride, and how we used to stay up at night scheming about how we would raise enough money to buy me a horse. I remember those junior high fights that left us feeling like our world was crumbling down around us and finally squashing our junior high crazies when we got stuck sitting next to each other in computer science freshman year of high school. I am so proud of this gorgeous gal and the beautiful young lady she has turned into. Melanie will be graduating from Baylor soon with her Masters Degree. I can not wait to see where life takes her, I know she will be wildly successful in whatever she does with her life. I have to give a quick shout out to Sun Kissed and Made Up, they did an amazing job on Melanie’s hair and makeup.

Aggies will forever have a special place in my heart, and going to College Station to photograph seniors that are about to graduate…well that might be one of the best parts about my job! Daisy and I had to much fun at her senior session going all around College Station and the Texas A&M campus, oh and we even had a little help from her puppy dog Hayley. Looking back at these pictures I am reminded how natural Daisy was in front of the camera, I mean seriously doesn’t she look like a model?!

Meet Blake, a Cy Falls High School Senior. I always seem to get a ton of senior boys each year for pictures, and I always make it my goal to get at least on good laugh from them. We all know boys can be a little shy when it comes to pictures but thats one of the reasons I love photographing them, we always end up having way more fun because I have to pull all of my incredibly cheesy jokes out. Trust me, I did succeed at the end of Blake’s session to get a really good laughing picture that I love, I think it’s actually one of my favorites from the entire session. PS Blake, I am still obsessed with your bow tie, why can’t every boy I photograph wear a bow tie for their session?!
